Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, in partnership with the Punjab Jail Training School, is offering a Postgraduate Diploma in Prison Administration. The program has garnered interest from criminal justice professionals, researchers, and scholars, and the first batch is currently underway. Applications for the 2023-24 academic year are now open.
The program is open to individuals who meet one of the following eligibility criteria: a) Graduation in any stream for prison personnel b) Graduation in any stream with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PWD categories)
The total number of seats available for the program is 75, with 15% reserved for SC, 7.5% for ST, and 5% for Persons with Disabilities Programme.
The PG Diploma in Prison Administration is a one-year program. The fee for the program is Rs. 9000 + GST.
