The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode offers a Post Graduate Programme in Business Leadership (PGP-BL), which features a specialized curriculum comprising leadership-themed modules, seminar series, and workshops. Candidates using the GMAT/GRE codes "D3Z-SQ-80" and "ETS 4748" are required to send their scores directly to IIMK from Pearson/GMAC or ETS for verification. All candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria are eligible to register for the IIM Kozhikode PGP-BL program.
The admission process consists of multiple phases. Only candidates who have successfully completed Stage 1 of the registration process by the due date will be considered for each subsequent phase. The selection process involves short-listing candidates for a Personal Interaction (PI).
