The Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology, a deemed university in Thiruvanandapuram, Kerala, has issued a call for applications for its numerous PhD Programmes in science and humanities. IIST's major goal is to contribute to the nation's R&D needs in science and technology, focusing on space research.
1. Nationality: The applicant must be an Indian national.
2. Age Requirement: As of December 12, 2022, the applicant must be under the age of 35. Age relaxation is granted in accordance with government regulations.
3. Academic Qualifications
(a) Applicants must possess a Masters's Degree in Engineering/ Technology with a minimum of 65 percent marks, with admission based on GATE scores OR
(b) Applicants must have completed a Master in Science with a minimum of 65 percent marks and a UGC-CSIR-NET-JRF/NBHM/JEST/GATE Score OR
(c) Applicants must have earned a Master's degree in Humanities, Management, or Social Sciences with a minimum grade point average of 65 percent. They must also have passed the UGC-NET-JRF Fellowship.
4. Selection: Tests, screenings, and video conferencing interviews will be used to make the final decision.
The deadline for online applications is December 12, 2022.

The interview will take place from December 29th to 31st, 2022.
