The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) was founded in 1983. It's a non-profit organization with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of coaching, research, professionalism and skill formation in any respect levels of the development and other allied industries.

Selection process

• Admission to PG courses will be on the basis of the Post Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (PG-NCAT), Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and Rating of Application of the candidates.
• Admission to UG courses will be on the basis of the Under Graduate NICMAR Common Admission Test (UG-NCAT), and the Personal Interview of the candidates.

• The last date for submission of the online application is 15, Jan 2023
• Date for Admission Test 30 Jan-5th Feb 2023
• The Application Fee is Rs. 2100/- (for one programme) and 2620 for multiple programs
