 Applications are invited for admission to full-time and part-time Ph.D. Degree programme 2022  at Maharashtra National Law University, Nagpur (MNLU, Nagpur)

Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai is one of  India's premier National Law Universities founded under the Maharashtra National Law University Act 2014 on 20th March 2014. The main objectives of the National Law University in Maharashtra are to impart advanced legal education and promote society-oriented research in legal studies to the advancement of social life of the people in the country.

Eligibility

• Candidates should have a Master’s Degree in Law (regular mode) from any recognized University including a foreign University securing not less than 55% marks or its equivalent.

                                            Or

• A Judge who has served for a minimum of three years as a Judge of High Court in India or Judge of the Supreme Court of India.

Selection 

• The Selection of Ph.D. Degree programmes for all the candidates including Foreign Nationals and NRI are based All India Entrance Test (AIET) to be held at Nagpur on August 06, 2022.

Application

• Applications can be submitted online latest by 22.07.2022. 
• Application Fee: Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) for Indian Nationals Candidates and Rs.4,000/- (Rupees Four Thousand Only) for Foreign Nationals Candidates.
