The Gujarat Maritime University is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission to its one-year LLM degree programme in Maritime Law and International Trade Law (Batch 2024-25) and MBA in Shipping and Logistics (Batch 2024-26).
1. MBA (Shipping and Logistics)
The two-year MBA Programme, offered through the School of Maritime Management, was conceptualized and designed by the Copenhagen Business School, Denmark in lines with its BLUE MBA programme.
1.1. Eligibility
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 50% marks for the General Category or equivalent CGPA (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ SEBC/ EWS category candidates).
2. LL.M. Programme
The one-year LL.M. degree Programme is being offered through the Centre for Post Graduate Legal Studies, Gujarat Maritime University as per UGC Guidelines for the introduction of one-year LL.M degree Programme, 2012. The LL.M Programme is being offered with two specializations namely Maritime Law and International Trade Law.
2.1.Eligibility
The candidate must hold an LLB/ equivalent degree in law from a recognized University with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in cases of general category/ OBC/ PWD/ NRI/ PIO/ OCI and 45% marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST category.
