Jawahar Navodaya Schools (JNVs) have announced the invitation for applications from students for admission into class VI for the academic year 2024-25.
Jawahar Navodaya Schools (JNVs) are co-educational residential schools fully financed and administered by the Government of India through an autonomous organization called Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. These schools have invited applications from students for admission into class VI for the academic year 2024-25.
Currently, there are 661 sanctioned JNVs in 27 States and 8 Union Territories across India. Each school can admit a maximum of 80 students to Class VI.
The selection for admission to JNVs is done through the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test. For the academic session 2024-25, the selection test will be conducted on 4th November 2023 and 20th January 2024.
The last date to submit an online application for the selection test is 17th August 2023. Students who wish to apply can register online at the official website www.navodaya.gov.in.
