IITRAM Institute Announces Ph.D. Program Admissions

The Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM), an autonomous university established by the Government of Gujarat, is inviting applications for its Ph.D. program (Regular and Part-time) for the Autumn Semester 2024-25.

1. Civil Engineering
2. Electrical and Computer Science Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science)
3. Mechanical and Aero-space Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Aero-space Engineering)
4. Humanities and Social Sciences (English, Sociology, and Economics)
5. Basic Sciences (Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics)

Centers of Excellence:

• Center for Drone Technology (CDT) (Civil Engineering Department)
• Center for Advanced Defence Technology (CADT) (Electrical and Computer Science Engineering Department)
• Center for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (CAIML) (Mechanical and Aero-space Engineering Department)
• Center for Aerospace and Defence (CAD) (Humanities and Social Sciences Department)

Eligibility:

Master's degree in a relevant subject with a First Class is required for all Ph.D. programs.

• Last date for online application submission: April 15, 2024

Financial Assistance

• Eligible candidates may be entitled to receive financial assistance in the form of Institute Assistantship (up to Rs. 25,000 + HRA per month), Teaching Assistantship (Rs. 12,000 per month), or Center of Excellence Assistantship (up to Rs. 37,000 per month) subject to availability of funds and departmental requirements.
