BBA and MBA In Culinary Arts At Indian Culinary Institute (ICI) Tirupathi & Noida

Indian Culinary Institute, under the ministry of tourism GOI, invites applications from eligible students to apply for its Bachelors and Post Graduate courses. Indian Culinary Institute (ICI) is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. The Institute has its Campus at Tirupati and at NOIDA. It was founded by the govt. of India with the aim of running various programs in Culinary Art starting from Skill level to the highest level of study on the subject and for documentation as well as preservation of various Indian cuisine.

 Eligibility

 BBA (Culinary Arts)

• A pass in the 10+2 system of Senior Secondary examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/Council with a minimum of 50% in the case of General and OBC candidates and 45% in the case of SC, ST and PWD candidates.
• No age limit

MBA (Culinary Arts).

• A pass in full-time bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts/Hospitality/Hotel Management (BBA in Culinary Arts, BSc. in HHA, BHM, BHMCT) from a recognized Indian or foreign university (as per the AIU foreign equivalence list) with 50% in case of General and OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC and ST candidates.
• No age limit

Selection process

• Admission to the first year of the BBA / MBA Culinary Arts program is strictly based on the All India Rank AIR) earned by the candidate in the written test of the Entrance Examination and their choice of preference of the campus.
• Ranks are strictly based on the marks obtained by the candidate in the written examination. No group discussion or interviews are involved.
• Admission is followed by checking of eligibility of candidates, verification of documents, and depositing of required fees for the first semester.
• The medium of the objective Question Paper is in English only.
