Who We Are

Centre for Training and Academic Guidance (CTAG) is a non-profit organization run by the Human Welfare Foundation under the umbrella of Vision 2026 with an aim to make career counselling and guidance accessible to students coming from socio-economically weaker sections of society. We have a team of experts who guide students in choosing a suitable career which matches their interests, personality and aptitude.

Unlike most other career counselling organizations, we strive hard to keep our assessments sensitive to the culture of our target group, viz states in North India. with an aim to create a nationwide network and communication system for propagating career awareness and the right academic choices, we also provide free training to people who wish to serve as career guides in their own communities.

Aims & Objectives

  • To Promote National Level Career Guidance System.
  • To Enhance Career Awareness at Grass-root Level
  • To Establish an Institute of Research, Analysis and Training with a focus on Career Awareness and Development.
  • To Promote an Action Plan for Enriching the Academic and Career Status of Under Prevelaged Society of the Country.

Our services include:

  1. Career assessments and exploration to help individuals identify their strengths, interests, and career goals
  2. Information and resources on job training programs, apprenticeships, and education opportunities
  3. Guidance on resume writing, interviewing, and networking
  4. Support for individuals seeking to return to the workforce or make a career change
  5. Group career counselling sessions for students from class 9 and above
  6. Training of career guides/volunteers from the grass-root level so that they may act as career guides in their respective communities
