Admission Notice for Teacher Education Programmes at NCERT

The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) is inviting online applications from eligible candidates for admission into various teacher education programmes. Established in 1961 by the Government of India, Ministry of Education, NCERT is an autonomous organization that advises and assists central and state governments on policies and programs for improving school and teacher education.

Courses Offered:

NCERT offers the following teacher education programmes:

• B.Sc. B.Ed. (4-year)
• B.A. B.Ed. (4 years)
• M.Sc. Ed. (6-year)
• B.Ed. (2-year)
• M.Ed. (2-year)

NCERT has eight campuses located in different parts of India. These include:

• RIE, Ajmer
• RIE, Bhopal
• RIE, Bhubaneshwar

• NERIE, Shillong

Important Dates:

The online application form will be available till June 06, 2023.

The Common Entrance Examination (CEE) will be conducted on July 02, 2023, at various centres across the country.
