The Kerala State Council for Science, Technology and Environment (KSCSTE) is accepting applications for the KSCSTE Research Fellowship for MSc/MTech degree holders from any university in Kerala.This scheme is for encouraging enthusiastic and passionate post-graduate science/ engineering students by supporting financially in their Ph.D. studies.
Age limit: The applicant should be below 35 years of age as of March 1, 2023.
Educational Qualifications: The applicant should hold a postgraduate degree with a valid and recognized title from any university in Kerala.
The applicant should have scored a minimum of 70% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying examination.
The fellowship is open to applicants pursuing research in Mathematical Sciences, Life Sciences, Chemical Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering Sciences, Environmental Sciences, and Earth-Atmospheric and Planetary Sciences.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 for the first two years (JRF) and INR 35,000 for the third year (SRF).
Applicants will have to clear an entrance exam conducted by KSCSTE to be eligible for the fellowship.
Application Deadline: The last date to apply for the fellowship is April 5.
