Five-Year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) at IIM Rohtak

IIM Rohtak invites applications for Five-Year Integrated Programme in Law (IPL) for students after class XII. This is an interdisciplinary program that aims to provide in-depth knowledge of business management with intricate details of law and governance. Upon successful completion of Five-years' academic rigour, the participant will be awarded an Integrated Degree of BBA-LLB.
The programme will create an opportunity for the students to pursue legal education of global standards through a curriculum and pedagogy that best reflects the study of International law, Arbitration law, Competition law, Corporate governance, and Domestic law. Apart from these, students will also undergo courses in the domain of Business Management, International Affairs, Humanities, Public Policy, and Foreign Languages.

Admission Criteria:

Candidates must satisfy the following criteria to apply for this programme.

•  General, NC-OBC, and EWS Category: Minimum 60% in standard Xth/ SSC and standard XIIth/ HSC or equivalent examinations, maximum 20 years of age as on June 30, 2023
• SC, ST, and PWD (DAP) Category: Minimum 55% in standard Xth/ SSC and standard XIIth/ HSC or equivalent examinations, maximum 20 years of age as on June 30, 2023

Selection Procedure

Stage 1:  Online Registration

• Applicants for admission to the programme will be shortlisted based on the CLAT Examination (Common Law Admission Test)
• The eligible applicants will pay the non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3890/-
• Last Date for Application April 20, 2023
• The Last date for application through IPM AT 2023 is April 10, 2023

Stage 2:  Short Listing and Personal Interview

• The shortlisted applicants will be called for the Online Personal Interview based on Past Academics and CLAT score of 2023
• The candidate interested in the IPL admissions at IIM Rohtak and who did not appear for CLAT 2023, can also apply for the IPL programme by appearing for IPM AT 2023. Such candidate will have to select the option of IPL Programme along with IPM Programme during the registration process
• The candidates during their personal interviews will be evaluated based on their academics, general awareness, and communication skills.
