Chaudhary Devilal University, Sirsa, Haryana, was founded by the Government of Haryana on 2 April 2003. The University is at Sirsa 256 km from Delhi and 285 km from Chandigarh. It has an area of 280 acres (1.1 km2) on Barnala Road. The University has 24 academic departments, which offer 21 career-oriented and specialised courses to the students. It also offers job-oriented courses through distance education.

• B.Sc. (Data Science), B.C.A,B.Sc. (Food Science & Technology), B.Sc. (Food Science & Technology):10+2 with 50% marks having Mathematics 
• B.Sc. (Fashion Design & Lifestyle Technology), B.Com, B.B.A, B.A. (Journalism & Mass Communication), B.A. (Economics & Finance), B.A. (Social Work) : 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream.
• B.Sc. (Physical, Health and Sports Education):i) 10+2 with 50% marks in any stream. ii) Eligible candidates will be required to qualify for the Physical Efficiency Test (Canadian Test ANNEXURE-I) 
• B.A. LLB 5 years: passed the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2 Standard) of the Board of School Education, Haryana or an examination recognised as equivalent
